The most effective way to achieve your goals is to pair your intention-setting techniques with the tangible process of creating your own manifestation jar to set you on your journey from resolution to reality.

THE PROCESS
We begin by cleansing your aura with sage and selenite before you relax into a guided meditation and bespoke crystal cleansing session.
To the sounds of nature and Tibetan singing bowls, stones selected for their healing properties are placed at specific points around you to nourish and energise mind, body and soul.
Following the session, you’ll be guided through the process of creating your own manifestation jar to fill with spiritually nourishing herbs, flowers and foundations from nature, change-effecting crystals and meaningful symbolism, as well as a personal message to yourself about what you would like to manifest in life.
The jar is then sealed and a bespoke mantra created for you as a reminder of the beginning of your journey.
