Both courses take you on a journey through the fascinating healing and energising power of crystals, revealing how you can most effectively incorporate them into your life for spiritual health, clarity and enhanced longevity.
CHAKRA ACTIVATION
A seven-week treatment to activate and rebalance your Chakras, opening you up to the earth’s energy, positivity and new beginnings
Each of the seven sessions will focus on activating and balancing the seven main Chakras: Root Chakra (Muladhara), Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), Heart Chakra (Anahata), Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna) and Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).
Following a consultation to ascertain your needs, intentions and goals, in a calming space we begin with an aura cleanse using sage and selenite.
The Chakra stones are placed in alignment along your body as you relax with a guided meditation accompanied by the sounds of nature and Tibetan singing bowls.
Additional crystals with a significant vibrational relationship to the Chakra which is our focus that week, will then be placed to support and enhance the power of the stones, taking you into a deep state of relaxation as the frequencies work to calm, soothe, de-stress and rebalance.
Following the activating treatment, we continue with a visualisation session during which you will make your own Chakra-specific manifestation jar using carefully selected crystals, oils, flowers and herbs.
You will be guided through the process of creating a visual representation that supports the focal Chakra. At the end of the program you will have seven Chakra manifestation jars as reminders of how far you have come and to support your ongoing journey.

CRYSTALS FOR LIFE
This seven-week treatment holistically elevates the areas of your life you wish to enhance and releases those which no longer serve you
Each session throughout the program is dedicated to an area of your life you want to change, elevate or release yourself from.
During the seven-week program, we begin each session with an aura cleanse using sage and selenite, before you settle into a relaxing guided meditation.
During the meditation, the focus will be on identifying and releasing negativity, attracting positive energy and gathering and strengthening the inner tools you need to make effective, lasting change.
After the relaxing meditation, you will be guided in working on your personal manifestation jar, which you will continue to add to over the weeks.
Using flowers, herbs, oils and crystals specially selected to effect change in the chosen area of your life, over the course of the sessions you will create and build a visual representation of your resilience, attracting positivity and becoming free of aspects of your life which no longer serve you.
